Volunteer!

We always appreciate and welcome your help at the Animal Center! Volunteers are the heart and soul of CTS Animal Center. We have a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for all ages from working directly with the animals at the shelter, to providing essential support for our many new and upcoming programs! Here are just a few of our volunteer opportunities.

• Walking and socializing the shelter dogs. Spending time with the animals will help them become more adoptable!
• Picking up donations from any of the AniMeals donation centers.
• Acting as a liason between the Animal Center and local schools participating in the KIND program.
• Much, much more! E-mail us with your ideas or questions!

Volunteers MUST be 18 or older to volunteer unchaperoned at the Humane Society. All children under the age of 18 must be in the presence of a parent or guardian who is volunteering with them at ALL times, unless otherwise approved.

Community Service:
If you are required to participate in a court-appointed community service program, you are welcome to do it here at the Animal Center. We are available for you to work any time during the week, but please contact us in advance to let us know when you will be coming out! Please note that all community service workers must wear jeans, tennis shoes and appropriate t-shirts. Thanks!
