AniMeals
Since July 18, 2006, the Corinne T. Smith Animal Center is proud
to offer the AniMeals program. This program offers free food for
pets of elderly
or disabled people who either can't afford food
for their pets or can't physically get to the store to buy it.
We are currently serving over 30 clients and a total of over
50 animals.
AniMeals is very simple. We make up one weeks worth of food for
each animal in a client's household. The Camp Bowie Senior Center
sends over their drivers for the Home Delivered Meals Program
to pick them up on Monday and they deliver the pet food.
You can help us support this program by donating
online or
by taking pet supply donations to any of our barrels at the following
locations:
- Ag-Mart
- Big Lots
- Brookshire's
- Gore Brothers
- TSC
- Kroger
